
Uncheck Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6).Right-click on Local Area Connection and select Properties.Open the manage Network Connections window.Click Hardware and Sound > Device Manager.Type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter.Type netsh winsock reset and press Enter.Type netsh int ip delete arpcache and press Enter.Type netsh int ip reset reset.log and press Enter.If it still fails, reset the networking protocols.If the Repair fails to renew the IP address, ensure that all firewalls are disabled and try again.Set Startup Type to Disabled and click Apply, then OK.Double-click on Routing and Remote Access.Click Start>Run>Type services.msc >Click OK.If the repair fails because the system is unable to flush the ARP Cache, the Routing and Remote Access service will need to be stopped and set to disabled.Right-click on Local Area Connection and select Repair.Restart the system if any changes were made to the configurations.Click OK again to close out of the Local Area Connection properties.Ensure that the radio buttons are marked as "Obtain an IP Address automatically" and "Obtain a DNS Server address automatically" and click OK.Select "Internet Protocol TCP/IP" and then click on the Properties button.If it does not say "Assigned by DHCP" click the General tab and then click Properties.If both are correct, click the Repair button and then skip to Step 9.Ensure that Address Type: says "Assigned by DHCP.".Double-click on the Local Area Connection icon.Click on Start > Run > Type in ncpa.cpl and click OK.If error reported refer to OEM regarding error receiving.Verify adapter present, enabled, and no error messages.Click Start > Search > Type in ncpa.cpl and press Enter.Verify Ethernet adapter in device manger.
