Shared folders owned by account outside your team are included.Shared folders are counted once for the entire team.Shared files: the sum of space used by team content and shared folders that team members have access to.Regular files: the sum of space used by files and folders by all team members that aren’t shared.This shows the combination of regular files and shared files in your account.
